Was in the same boat as you last year and decided to do it ourselves to save some $$$. Went through a popular on line company and had no probs. We were paranoid until we actually got their and actually had a room, but, need not have been. Everything was fine and easy to do ourselves. The extra money saved was of course spent on the holiday. Just make sure you take copies of all correspondence with you. Goodluck!
