We stayed at Satriya last August also.
The rooms configuration are in an upside down U shape. Two levels each side and 3 levels at the back.
We were in the top floor of the side where the construction was going on right beshide us. No problems with noise at all.
They are supposed to be finished end of March.
Regarding bars at the end of Poppies II, we used to sit out the front of Kuta Seaview with the big red comfy cushions and watch the people and traffic go by whilst watching the sunset.
A bit pricey but worth it at least a couple of times whilst there.
