Depends on how budget you want to go... There is nothing cheaper than sitting on the beach near one of the many eskies and down a cool Bintang whilst watching the sun set :-)
There are also many hotels etc along the beach front from Seminyak to jimbarran where you can buy drinks and sit in a comfortable chair away from the hawkers enev if you are not staying at that hotel
