Just been looking around a bit tonight & was checking out the web site of Bali Cyber Cafe that is owned by a very lovely couple- Haaris & Nina who are assisted by a great staff.
I did not know until now that they run cooking classes & the maximum per class is only 2 people ! Wow - that sure is personal attention.
I know over the years many people have asked about cooking classes & thought I am surely not the only one who likes the sound of such a small class.I don't know the cost of details yet but I have sent Haaris an email asking for information.Once he replies I will do another post here.
If any of the recipes are based on the food available in Bali Cyber Cafe I would be very happy.Would love to know how they prepare some of their lovely fresh fruit juices with spices,their Chicken Rocket salad & a few other dishes that are my favourites.
