I have done this same flight as you 4 times now, and never had more than 25minutes to the carousels. When you get on the plane at BrizVegas, they will tell you that 2 more flights are due in to DPS at the same time, and to "leg it" when you get off :) however, I have never had more than a brisk walk to the VOA counter, but apparently Dennis is arranging a longer wait for me this time. I will be there 4 days before you :)
I have also noticed a couple of posters remarking that you can book the VIP service, and , if it isn't busy, walk past them and not pay any money, ( as they don;t know who they are looking for)... I think this is a bit rude myself, but ........
