At least this addresses the claims that the immigration people are intentionally delaying things to increase VIP traffic.
Of course, for some people it is not just about the queue, especially the elderly, infirm or people who simply wish to use the service because it is there.
I remain of the view that although not for all, the service is of value for some who will appreciate the oportunity to use it if and when they choose.
