For mobile you drop the first 0 and add +61 (Country code)
*(yes you need to put the plus sign in)
Eg you number will now look like this:
+61 400 0000

For a land line:
How to call Australia from Indonesia:
dial 001 + 61 + Tel. Number
Home Phone eg 08 9123 4567

001 is the international prefix used to dial somewhere outside of Indonesia.
61 is the international code used to dial to Australia.
8 is the local area or city code used to dial to Perth.
You drop the zero here too.

So your number should look like this:
001 61 8 9123 4567
*(you don't need to put the plus signs here)

Hope this helps.

Cheers
