Peninsula Beach Resort booking...

...I am having a horrible time trying to book for our arrival next weekend, anyone else experienced problems?

It's not our exchange week, just an extra week, I send an email and get a read receipt but it's not answered for 2 oe 3 days.

Would be interested to hear how other people go about booking a bonus/extra week.
