at one point we came to a junction where we converged with another bike tour and I wondered where they had come from. We then took off on the same road but never saw them again.
I do remember reading reviews from Bali Baik where peole talked about the uphill bits and thought we would get them too - but there were only a handful in the whole trip and some of them were so steep that it was perfectly acceptable to get off (gve your butt a rest) and walk!!
we were really amazed that there was enough slope in the journey that we could basically freewheel nearly 40ks
