La Lucchiardo is more traditional, ie Balinese architecture, ie open sides and high thatched roof.
Both have glorious sea views.
Both have excellent service and menu choices.
Staff are very well trained.
KuDeta is more modern and trendy, more concrete.
KuDeTa is larger and caters for varying clientele at the same time, ie just for drinks, in lounges, in the open or dining indoors or outdoors. You can 'chill out' on a sun lounge or upper deck.
La Lucchiardo is for dining, morning, noon and night. It has expanse of lawns out front for children to somersault etc.
La Luc can be very hot at the back upstairs when its busy.

Possibly KuDeTa is a little more expensive. Both are terrific value for money.
