although never using it in the past, i will be "using" ours this coming July. I went to my bank branch (Westpac) and grabbed a copy of
the gold card travel insurance policy booklet. It say's to take a
copy of your statement that shows you purchased your airline tickets
with the gold card for proof. Other than it's the normal proceedures you have to follow as in any other insurance..i'e: receipts etc...
