And if so, how/where did they arrange this?
My Visa Agent here in Jakarta has still not even been advised by Immigration that this facility exists and a check a couple of days back on the Indonesian Embassy Australian website still makes no mention of this being available.
It appears to be another case of Indonesia's authorities "shooting from the lip" - instant decision to cease 7 Day VOA and allow extension of 30 Day VOA for further 30 day period - but not firstly working-out the logistics of how this will all happen.
Maybe in this case Bali is a little more organised than here in Jakarta.
