we have used them several times and never had any problems with claims. My brother had a severe cut on his foot, had to pay up front but was reimbursed promptly on his return to australia. My friends also had a few overnight stays with suspected dengue fever, they paid upfront as didn't contact 1cover but on return lodged the claim and had a refund within a week.
