I stayed at O-CE-N from Jan 28-Feb 1 with friends and was very impressed. I can highly recommend it. The complex and rooms are very moderna dn the service was excellent. I think you can book directly through their website (my friend booked our room). We stayed in room 326 which was gorgeous. It is a 2 bedroom apartment but I think there are one bedroom and studio apartments available too if you don't need the extra room.
There is a nightclub on one side of the complex which is quite noisy if you are near it so be careful about booking close to that! We didn't hear it at all from our room.
