KTH or Dewri Sri for a family

Hi
Can I please have some advice? Would you recommend a family room at the Dewi Sri, or an executive Apartment at Kuta Town Houses for a family of 5? Childrens ages 12, 7 & 1. I like the location of the KTH more, but I am not sure how children friendly it is? Any advice would be apprciated? Price wise the Dewi Sri is slightly cheaper...
