had no dramas, we bought the dispenser size mineral water and a basin from carefor (sp?) and bathed him like that, we also took milton tablets to sterilise his eating utensils bottles and dummies, we used the same basin and also mineral water to sterilise these items, if you're breastfeeding even easier, just be conscious of anyone touching baby's hands cos the first place our fella puts his hands is his mouth... Take the same precautions you would here just be more pedantic about it. Baby panadol too just in case baby picks up a cold on the flight and of course travel insurance... Have a great time :)
