We travelled with our twins and had not problems. Things to think about are:
High ambient temparture and humidity; and the need for extra fluids. If giving water make sure it is bottled and maintain the cleaniless of the drink containers.
Feeds; maintain your own health and hygiene. If breast feed then no real problems, just make sure you kep your self healthy and fluids up. If bottle feed, use of bottled water and good cleaning regime.
Tropical sun; lots of factor 30, and keep the baby shaded with loose clothes. We used a muslin warp on the stroller to keep them shaded and let them get some rest and sleep.
Mosquitoes and risk of Dengue Fever; there is a risk especially if bitten at dawn and sunset. You can but infant specific insect repellent in Australia prior to leaving. use mossie coils in room, near doors and windows.
If you keep well the baby is well and you will all have a great holiday.
Hope this helps, and the wedding goes off alright
