Ok, I know this is like searching for a needle in a hay stack but I'm hoping some body out there might be able to help.
On our last couple of trips I've been looking for stone carvings of little fat musicians / gamelan. Our very patient friend Wayan has happily driven us from place to place in search of these.
They're not very common but the one's we've seen have been a bit taller and slender. The problem is I can't remember where I've seen these one's that I really like. Maybe it's one of those things that you remember differently to how they really were.
Only just tonight it occured to me that maybe these little men were in one of the hotels we used to stay when we first started visiting Bali. Maybe the Melasti, or Kumala Pantai.
Does anyone have any ideas of where they may be? I'm thinking in a hotel somewhere in Legian. Then I can take some pics and place an order to get them made.
