to use in Bali. To call Australia you dial 0101661 then the number without the first zero and you then get an extremely cheap call. For texts you just use +61 then the mobile number without the first zero.
I tried Simpati but found their cheap prefix was frequently not working. Sometimes you have to have a couple of attempts with Mentari but usually goes straight through.
