Have just completed booking on line for airfares through Travel.com.au, and accommodation at Ramada bintang, Tuban and Besakih Beach Hotel, Sanuar through Qantas. Looked at other online sites but found these the best. At least with Qantas you pay in $AUD and not in $US and incurflucturating exchange rate and crdit card exchange fee. The best way to go.
