It can be hit & miss depending on who you speak to. I have found Grace to be excellent. I think the # is 1300 760 330. Keep calling until you find someone who understands what you want to do.
It is quite easy to change dates - just costs $ - maybe $50 minimum depending on the length of time until the departure dates. Good luck:)
