What's my best option?

...for getting supplies, e.g. snacks,Beer,milk for the kids etc. on the way to Alam Shanti in Ubud?, shall i stop somehwere on the way from the Airport? (where?) or shop at a supermarket near the hotel( if so, which and where is the closest?).
