You could try The Bali Hyatt in Sanur, it was designed by world famous Made Wijaya an ex Australian called Michael White who changed his name to his present Balinese name. He has a book you might like to read called 'Tropical Garden design' by Made Wijaya. His home is Villa Babec in Sanur but I don't think it is open to the public, it is covered in the DVD set 'around in 80 gardens'. If you get a good driver ask to see the best rice paddies, these are amazing. Hope this helps
