Hi.we arrived same flight on 21st.paid 25us for vip voa.walked past cusstoms with no checks despite having declared food items.had bags etc within 15 mins.NO NEED FOR VIP VOA IF YOURS IS THE ONLY FLIGHT ARRIVING .eveyone else from the flight was waiting for bags same time as us.
