Hi hard question - comes down to beachfront and budget. We were happy to save a lot of money for a 5 min walk to the beach. A wide group of ages were there though most were over 40 I also prefer smaller properties. I think the staff were much nicer at Kusnadi and service was better, but the rooms better at Kumala. For us, we would definately stay at Kusnadi again over Kumala. Hope this helps!
