Hi we also had work done by Dr Indra Guizot in Denpasar a few years ago now, very good and very reasonable prices for what was done .
In the search section of the travel forum just type in dentist and you can read many reports about dental work and what it usually cost aswell as when you need to book and how much time you need to allow your self for the treatment to be done.
The work done by the recomended dentist is nearly always very good you only have a few bad reports about shonky work.
