Drop off at the airport from Legian could be Rp.50.000 but you may like to think about how long the driver has to wait at the airport for a particular flight arrival if you have pre booked him. May be a different story if he has just dropped off and you hail him because he hasn't had any waiting time.
I think for a pre booked pick up Rp.100.000 is fair. We all like to be paid for our time when we work.
