Kusnadi email response?

Anyone corresponded with the Kusnadi and get an answer?

Have emailed twice now with the usual "we have received your enquiry and will get back to you asap"

but no response. Its been nearly 2 weeks, just wondering if anyone has a different email addy that may show a quicker response?

Sounds like a fantastic hotel but havent had any luck contacting them :(
