Search the archives under jeweller & similar topics. I got ripped off having a diamond ring remodelled. The quality of diamonds in Bali is the same as anywhere else (they are imported) - provided that you actually get real diamonds. I wouldn't risk it but up to you, of course. Just do your research first - read about the good & bad experiences so you can make an informed decision.
