I have been on a flight where we used that service and aquaintances of ours didn't. We were out in 15 minutes. They waited for almost 3 hours. What reason would they have to lie?
I don't get a kickback. Others might. That's their business.
Coming from either Adelaide or the east coast we don't have the flexibility that those flying from Perth may have.
