we just went to bali in october this year and my daugther only had 4 months on her passport they let her on the plane but when we got to bali they told us she would have to go back and return with a new one but l asked to see someone and we then sat in the inmegration office for about an hour and where allowed to go through but told never do it again but we where lucky. they had sent two others home on an earlier flight for not having a valid passport they told us as she was a young girl 17 they let her through
