Do a bit of research on the internet. I'm guessing you wish to try this as a treatment for psoriasis. Some countries have banned the practice due to hygiene issues, also, there is some discussion over the type of fish used, it needs to be a specific type and some Asian operators are using different varieties.
There should be no pin prick stings at all. I used the tank (feet and lower leg) at Nusa Dua (Bali Collection) earlier this month and 3 of us noticed some stings. Afterwards we had quite a bit of swelling on our feet. I had some areas of rubbed skin (not broken) on my feet and it was quite sore afterwards. If you have any broken skin on your body at all I wouldn't recommend the treatment.
