Take you own bottle as tried to buy some look a like was a syrup...
easy! pop a small bottle in as will last for ages..I always unscrew lids to all liquids put gladwrap over hole replace lid but into a couple of plastic bags just incase..If your worried about Bali Belly
just remember keep your mouth shut in shower and use bottle water for teeth..I have never had BB in 15 years
