We pay in Australian and get the change - - There is a lot said about not knowing the exchange rate at the terminal but I think that trying to get USD in Aust costs so much anyway as that exchabnge rate is not good.
Work out which is best for you and go with it - - my travel agent tried to tell me tht we had to have USD but this is not right
