Depending on what you are looking for in accomodation, and we don't know your likes/dislikes, the Masa seems to offer better value.
Plenty of positive postings here on Masa, not 5* but still good value for the dollar paid.
7 or 8 minutes further from the beach, but is that important to you??
For me, go Masa.
