I personally dont know the owners.
I think its a huge effort to go to another country and set up a business like theirs. Darn hard work I would imagine.
I usually visit Indonat at least everytime when I am in Bali.
Ive only known it from when they opened in JL Padma not before in Garlic Lane.
Like any restuarant ambience, food, service & pricing are important.
The ambience has never been good - like a big painted farmers shed.
Everything else has declined "rapidly". I go elsewhere now for certain dishes. So I agree with most posts.
Halving the menu options & offering some "special dishes" could help.
However, Maybe the owners are burnt out & lost the enthusiasm. I do not know.
They still manage to get the covers it seems at quite higher pricing.
They no longer pop on a bike helmet either that kind of freaked me a little.
