I can onlt asssume you were in ubud for a day trip and caught the restaurant on a bad day as we will be going back to Ubud simply to enjoy the fabulous restaurants we experienced last time.
What a shame your experience wasn't good as one of our favourite places to eat in Ubud and Tuban is the Batan Waru which is one of Cinta's group (Siam Sally is the other).
