Aussie Tim Tam biscuits you get the change in Indonesian Tim Tams which are much much more delicious so this is the way I always go personally.
I do know that Hoolz pays in Tooeys 2.2 and gets the change in Bintang which is a way favourable exchange rate but have never tried myself.
Baldie pays in pork pies and pickled onions and receives the change in Bakso so it's up to you really. Don't recommend paying in Sashimi because the smell is a bit much if it's a hot day.
Magnolia however bought them all motorbikes and now doesn't have to pay at all.
Overall I think the Tim Tams are far and away the best way to go and shall continue to pay that way.
