I may be wrong but Australia uses region code 4 whereas Indonesia is region code 3. Therefore, the Indonesian DVD player will not play Australian DVDs. It will pay to check before you buy. Also, you'll either have to buy an adapter for the power plug or change it :)
Or, just maybe, you'll never use it here :) Anyhow, I'd take a disk with me and try it out before purchase.
