I just went to my local commonwealth bank to order a new card and enquired about the fee for using comm bank atms in Bali. They werent too sure on fee so they looked it up for me and it is definately $2.00 per transaction when using the comm bank atms in Indonesia and also Vietnam. From what I understood it doesnt really matter what type of account u have with them (any of the savings type). Just make sure you dont have a CBA Visa/Mastercard with savings account linked or the atms in Bali will automatically assume a credit card and will be charged alot higher fee.
