Beach Melati Apartments

We are staying at KP in July school holidays but friends trying to secure apartment at Beach Melati as they are a family of 5 & can get an apartment all together
Can someone please tell me which hotels are either side of the Beach melati apartments & coffe shop. I Think it is Jayakarta & the new Ramada????
