There have been mixed reports about some of these lounges lately.
I believe that because tourist numbers are up that the service standards in some of the lounges has dropped.
We have always used the Dewa Lounge and found it very good.
From memory there is also the Prada and the Premier Lounge.
To access the lounges you just present your boarding pass and passport and pay the entrance fee per person at the door, Dewa 100,000Rp, Prada 150,000, not sure of the price for Premier.
That entitles you to shower and toilet facilities, internet use, free drinks (including alcohol), snacks, tea , coffee etc, TV and comfortable lounges.
