The seats on our flights didn't recline at all and the meals were pretty ordinary.
They changed gates on us returning from KL and didn't announce it until the final boarding call.
Also, low cost airlines do not guarantee their flights. With all that said, I'd fly with them again but only short haul, two hours or less.
They are cheap and as I said the people were really nice. Guaruda for instance is offering $400.00 return flights, all taxes, from Perth for flights up to November 2010. The only proviso is they must be paid within 7 days of booking.
