The Balinese I was talking about don't have a water supply close by and they don't need to purify the water they collect and carry to be purified. They need closer access to water.
Not sure if they get Dew, it's a bit warm.
Be wary telling a Balinese that water from a Lake or River needs purifying, god supplied this water and you never want to insult god, your good will will backfire.
