You need to check with immigration
However, you have visa costs - a few hundred.
He needs a passport - rp200k, but if there is anything wrong with his application - rp2 juta (gotta love corruption)
He needs $1000 in the bank for each week he is to be here
They will ask about his job
He needs a good reason to go back - work, family, etc
He needs not to have a record
He needs a return air ticket
etc etc
It can be done, but it's not easy. To many have skipped before :(
