As someone else has mentioned kids passports are 1/2 the price of adults as kids passports are only valid for 5 years. We fly from Sydney and if you fly Virgin or Jetstar the fares are the same for adults and children although the taxes are slightly cheaper for children. If we fly garuda kids are usually 75% of the adult fare and that is for children 2 to 11.
With accommodation you really need to give a ball park figure of what you want to spend per night, whether you want to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping etc.
My kids love Bali Zoo and have been there a couple of times, they also enjoyed the Safari Park but I honestly think it is overpriced for what you get, I think if we did the Safari Park again would look at staying there the night as it is much better value.
