Kids passports are $104 each according to the Aust passports website.
We stay in Febris, in Tuban, although our kids are a bit older than yours. My brother had a family room last year which had a queen bed and 3 singles. They have a small kids club which they show on their web site. Lovely staff, excellent service, nice quiet place and seperate section in the pool for the littlies. They do not have 24 hour room service though but Security are always on hand if anything is needed through the night.
Some eating places, Febris, Daddy's, Gracey Kelly's, and loads more all in close proximity in Tuban. We have a very fussy eater and have no problems finding food she likes.
We fly Jetstar and flights are only cheaper in regard to the taxes. You will pay just under $50 less per child per flight than the adult fare.
Waterbom just a 5 minute walk down the road and a great day out for both young and old.
