sort of thing does happen. But people don't lose kidneys! I think being mugged at knife or gun point could be more distressing. Even with the Bali bombings people are coming. I started coming more frequently in fact after the Bali bombs. Really the incident that happened to me is happening everywhere from Toronto to Stockholm to Reykjavik to Perth. I have read it happens most often to people when they go for a drink in their own home town. Everyone chill, have a Bintang and a massage. :)
