You will find that the licence is for one month only now,it used to be 3 months but now one month and of course they have to pay a fee for it to be signed,Rp 50,000 I believe now where that also was a 3 monthly fee and the licence itself is now either Rp100,000 or Rp 150,000 per month,per person so in sammies case 1 for him and 1 for susie and "locals" from legian used to pay between Rp30,000 and Rp 50,000 per 3 months.
