Haven't stayed there personally but while we were in Nusa Dua in June friends of ours stayed at Rumah Bali. They were very impressed with everything about the place.
Heinz Von Holzen (Bumbu Bali Restaurant etc.) owns the place and has a great reputation so don't think you'd go wrong staying there.
Not right on the beach so to speak but easy access and lots of nearby restaurants abound. Enjoy.
